How to Prepare Jamaican Brown Stew Fish
Wash and clean fish with vinegar
Season Fish with black pepper, fish seasoning and salt. Let marinate for 5 minutes. Wash carrots, Irish potatoes, sweet peppers, onion, garlic and scotch bonnet peppers, julienne carrots and Irish potatoes and sweet pepper, then mince garlic, onion and hot pepper.

Heat oil in frying pan with a peg of mashed garlic. Once oil is hot, place fish in frying pan. Fry fish until golden brown.
After fish is golden brown, remove from frying pan. drain excess oil from pan leaving just a little to sauté vegetables. Add fish to vegetables then pour enough water to cover them with a little ketchup, cock soup and fish & meat sauce. Cook for 5 minutes
Wash and chop cabbage, pak choy, string beans and carrots. Sauté in a frying pan with margarine, pinch of salt and pepper.
