Boil pasta according to instructions on package and drain
Pour Vegetable Oil into a heated skillet and sauté garlic, onion, scallion and thyme for about 1
minute.
Mix in the Black Pepper, Jerk Seasoning, Coconut Milk, and bring to a boil for approx. 3
minutes
Fold in the Pasta, Grace Tuna, and Sweet Pepper stir and allow to simmer for another 3
minutes
Add cheese leaving just a little to sprinkle on top of pasta.
Serve hot and sprinkle remaining cheese
